My wife and I called Scott who was the listing agent on a property.

We wanted to see it and thought we were just going to "take a look". Once we met Scott and his wife Kim, we were immediately impressed with both of them. The property was everything that we were looking for and more. We made an offer on the spot. Once the offer was in, Scott and Kim went to work. They became a transaction broker for both parties. Normally I would have used another broker but we were so comfortable with Scott and Kim we were excited to move ahead with them. "I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Scott and his team. My sister and I had the task of getting our Mom’s condo cleared out and prepared to put on the market. It took us longer than we wanted to get everything ready since there was a flood of memories while going through our Mom’s belongings after she passed. Scott was very patient with us the whole time, which was greatly appreciated. He priced the condo perfectly as we ended up getting about $15,000 over the listed price. We will both definitely be using him again for future purchases and sales."

"My fiancé and I were trying to buy our first house and working with another realtor. We never really felt like a priority with them, and we were ready to give up on finding a place when we were recommended to just talk to Scott and see if he had any ideas on helping us with our home search. Within an hour of talking to Scott he asked us more questions and gave us more information than our previous realtor had in a year. Walking away from the meeting, we didn’t feel quite so overwhelmed with the home-buying process and were confident that we would be well taken care of in Scott’s hands. Scott is polite, professional, and most importantly honest. He was the first person to highlight positives or point out issues while viewing a property to ensure we had a realistic view of the place.
